For the first time since the Rose Parade began on New Year's Day in 1890, it rained on the parade in 2006. It was a novelty at first, but midway through the parade it was a miserable experience for all. But the show must go on rain or shine as we see this trombone player passionately making the most of an uncomfortable situation.
