The Mormon Temple in Salt Lake City, Utah is the most well-known church of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints religion. In 1847, Brigham Young began building and designated a plan to build four temples in Utah and it took over 40 years for the Salt Lake Temple to be completed. It was dedicated in 1893.
