I recently had a chance to review Guy Tal’s new eBook, Creative Processing Techniques in Nature Photography. I’ve been following Guy’s work online for about five years now and have always been in awe of the compositions that he finds in addition to his philosophical writings about photography and the environmental issues. This eBook doesn’t disappoint either as it’s packed with 168 pages of legit information (as opposed to magazine fluff) about processing your photos and the importance of visualizing the final results prior to tripping the shutter. Guy Tal is one of the best photography writers currently working today so I’d highly recommend purchasing the eBook whether you’re a beginner or an experienced photographer.

  1. I made the mistake of purchasing Guy’s ebook yesterday. Consequently, none of my scheduled projects got done because I was too engrossed in his well written and educational book. Today isn’t any better. The temptation to post process my latest pics using some of the things I learned in the ebook is too great. Yesterday’s abandoned projects can wait until tomorrow, right?

  2. I downloaded a copy last week and look forward to getting into it. I guess I am lucky I haven’t started looking at it yet based on Julie’s comment. I know his last e-book was difficult to close up while reading.
