Double Rainbow
Posted on | September 6, 2011 | 13 Comments
The sunset clouds were great in every direction but the double rainbow commanded most of my attention. The rainbows were too close for me to capture the full 180 degrees with my 24mm lens so I had to do a five-image panoramic stitch in order to capture it all. I’ve seen double rainbows like this on several occasions while driving but this was my first time successfully capturing it. Click on the photo for a larger version.
