Thanks Mike. I hadn’t heard of the Grants Area before so I’ll look it up. If anything has changed I would say there are some Indian casinos along the highway but still relatively undeveloped which is nice.

These are some great shots. Really enjoyed seeing them. I lived in Albuquerque for 5 years when i was in grade school.

On your next trip you might check out around the Grants area, it between Santa Fe and Albuquerque.
Not much there but lots of rocks and some nice small mountains. i think you could get some nice shots of sunrise and sunsets. I have not been in many years so not sure how much it has changed.
