Certainly not the first image I’ve posted of Morro Rock but I can’t resist photographing it. :-)

Excellent job of framing the rock Richard!

Wow, I like this one a lot. It seems like it would be unusual to find the Bay that calm, but I don’t know. The way I remember Morro Bay, there was always a great deal of wind. I love the exotic looking boats in the foreground and the rock dead-center. It works.

Thanks guys. Morro Bay tends to be pretty calm in the morning but less so later in the day. We kayaked our first afternoon but that was kind of rough due to the winds. Would have been much easier on this morning.

Almost looks like a giant sleeping bear in the distance! :-)

Thanks guys. It sort of is sleeping, Mark. A dormant volcano. :-)
