Last weekend, Samantha and I went camping at Humboldt Redwoods State Park then walked to dinner shortly after arriving home. There was humid, thunderstorm type of weather above us with a few slight raindrops so I couldn’t help but sense potential for a nice sunset. After wrapping up dinner, the light started to warm up so I just had to rush home to grab my gear and head straight for the nearest body of water as soon as possible. As I’m setting up my tripod, a lady walking by with her dog remarked, “You almost missed it.”
