Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, Selby's Restaurant puts a modern twist on classic American Continental cuisine. The restaurant opened in 2019 and earned it's first Michelin Star in 2021.
I visited Selby's in 2022. The service was friendly and the food amazing. I had only tried beef wellington once before while at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant but didn't like it very much. Selby's version was great however. The ambiance here was one of the best I would say.
