Gondola Ride Motion Blur, Venice, Italy
Venice is constantly in motion from people walking along the canals to motorized boats to gondoliers. I had made plenty of static images during my visit so on this occasion I decided to experiment with some long exposure motion blurs to convey a sense of motion. Gondolas are undoubtedly heavy but the gondoliers paddle surprisingly fast.
