The Grand Canal at Sunset From Accademia Bridge, Venice, Italy

My wife and I had honeymooned in Rome the year prior. We enjoyed Italy so much that we decided to come back and visit Venice for our first anniversary. Though photography wasn't the main purpose of this trip, I simply could not pass up photographing this classic Venetian landscape in such beautiful light. My wife was not thrilled at having to wait for dinner but I'm sure she has forgiven me by this point.
